The first round of our March Madness tournament continues with Barbarian vs. Warden, Rogue vs. Dancer, Monk vs. Vagabond, and Cleric vs. Necromancer!

Use this form to cast your vote before the Sweet Sixteen on March 27 at 12 p.m. CDT! Five winners will be selected at random from those who voted in any round of the tournament, each winner to receive the Complete Class PDF of their choice.
Not sure who should win? Here’s what you need to know about each matchup.
Barbarian vs. Warden
The heaviest slug match in our tournament pits the core game’s raging mountain of hit points against our dedicated tank class!

Warriors driven by primal instinct and animal rage, barbarians face every fight head on and aren’t afraid to take one on the chin.
*Pictured here: a muscle “wizard” whose magical powers should not be questioned, on pain of… pain.
Wardens are tanks of the battlefield that refuse to give an inch. When overwhelming enemies bear down, wardens hold the line for the party and single out targets from the crowd until the tide turns in their favor. Play a warden if you want to be a tough-to-kill warrior with a focus on crowd control.
Rogue vs. Dancer
Fighters with finesse and flair! But do you work on a lit stage or a dark alley?

Masters of movement and skilled in the art of
performance, dancers leverage their grace and charm to glide unfettered through the battlefield. Dances are fighting stances that give incredible battlefield advantage—if you can keep the rhythm.
Dancer is currently a Patreon exclusive, but you can check out the class’ dedicated Discord channel to learn more about it and how it plays in the 2014 ruleset.
Rogues fight with subterfuge and pinpoint accuracy, trusting to their own resourcefulness and no small amount of luck to save them no matter which side of the law they’re on.

Monk vs. Vagabond
No spells? No problem! These two brawlers punch way above their weight class, even when they’re on the ropes.

Disciplined masters of martial arts, monks manipulate the unique magic, called ki, that flows through every living body.

Wandering warriors and desperate drifters, vagabonds are the hooded figures in the back of the tavern and the fiercest fighters when cornered. Play a vagabond if you want to use deadly maneuvers and survive by the skin of your teeth.
Cleric vs. Necromancer
The line between life and death is the domain of both the devout and the heretical. Do you fear death, adventurer?

Intermediaries between divine beings and the mortal worlds, clerics enact the will of their gods as both warriors and healers.
*Pictured here: a cleric of the pestilence domain, plague-infested priests of decay and disease.
Necromancers are a unique breed, possessing a well of dark energy and an edge for scoring critical hits with spells, to say nothing of their armies of undead thralls. Play a necromancer to balance ethics against ambition and manage multiple monsters at the table.
Cast your vote before March 27 to send your favorite classes on to the Sweet 16. Or download the whole bracket here as a form-fillable PDF, so you can share all your picks for this battle of the titans!
