Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Godzilla fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Godzilla has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Radiant Absorption. Whenever Godzilla is subjected to radiant damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the radiant damage dealt.

Regeneration. Godzilla regains 30 hit points at the start of its turn. If Godzilla takes lightning damage, this trait doesn’t function at the start of its next turn.

Siege Monster. Godzilla deals double damage to objects and structures.

ACTIONS
Multiattack. Godzilla can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes five attacks: four with its bite, and one with its tail.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 32 (4d10 + 10) piercing damage plus 22 (5d8) radiant damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 25 ft., one target. Hit: 65 (10d10 + 10) bludgeoning damage, and the target must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target is pushed 30 feet away from Godzilla and is knocked prone; on a successful save, the creature is pushed 15 feet away and is not knocked prone.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of Godzilla’s choice that is within 120 feet of Godzilla and aware of it must succeed on a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Godzilla’s Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Atomic Breath (Recharge 6). Godzilla exhales atomic fire in its choice of a 90-foot cone or a 120-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 105 (10d6 + 70) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS
Godzilla can take 4 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Godzilla regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Tail Attack. Godzilla makes a tail attack.

Stomp (Costs 2 Actions). Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 43 (6d10 + 10) bludgeoning damage, and the target must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or be pinned under Godzilla’s foot. A pinned creature is prone, restrained, and can’t breathe for as long as it remains pinned. A pinned creature can free itself by taking an action to make a DC 24 Strength check. On a success, the creature escapes to an unoccupied space of its choice within 5 feet of Godzilla. The pin ends if Godzilla leaves the pinned creature’s space. Only two creatures can be pinned at once.

Radiation Stream (Costs 3 Actions). Godzilla releases a blast of atomic energy from its spines. Each creature within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 70 (20d6) radiant damage and being knocked prone. On a success, a creature takes half as much damage and is not knocked prone.

Sidebar: Burning Godzilla
Godzilla enters a burning form when Mothra it is reduced to 0 hit points. When Godzilla enters its burning form, make the following changes to its statblock. It remains in this form for 1 minute or until all 4 of its uses of Atomic Pulse are used, whichever comes first.

Damage Immunities fire, lightning, radiant, bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons

Traits Burning Aura. At the start of each of the Godzilla’s turns, each creature within 30 feet of it takes 32 (5d12) fire damage, and flammable objects in the aura that aren’t being worn or carried ignite. A creature that touches Godzilla or hits it with a melee attack while within 10 feet of it takes 32 (5d12) fire damage. Additionally all of Godzilla’s melee attacks deal an additional 32 (5d12) fire damage.

Regeneration. Godzilla regains 60 hit points at the start of its turn.

ACTIONS
Atomic Pulse (4/Day). Godzilla releases an immense blast of atomic energy. Each creature within 60 feet of it must succeed on a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or take 180 (40d8) radiant damage, or half as much damage on a successful save. If this damage reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it is disintegrated.

Titan Language
Godzilla and Ghidorah both have the language “Titan” listed on their statblocks, which is a language not simply or easily learned by characters. The language of Titans is not so much a spoken language as much as a subsonic rumble that is felt deep in the bones. These vibrations communicate much about the Titans that only they can truly understand. For a mortal being to comprehend the language of such ancient beings they must have much magical aid, as it is not a “spoken” language, the spell comprehend languages does not allow one to understand it. A wish or similar magic may allow one to understand Titan, but rumors tell of ancient civilizations creating magical artifacts designed to communicate with the Titans.
