Refunds and Return Policy
If your order doesn’t arrive correct and undamaged, we are happy to make it right by refunding your purchase or sending you a replacement product. Use our support page to contact us and request a refund or replacement product. To find out if your purchase qualifies, we may require proof of purchase (either through pictures of the damaged product or through your Mage Hand Press account).
Note that we don’t offer refunds while orders are in transit. We don’t accept returned products. Refund requests are evaluated during business hours.
If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via PayPal within a few business days.
