Help! I put in the wrong mailing address for my order.

Drop us a line on the support form above! We might still be able to change the address if we’re lucky with timing. Once our warehouse prints the label for a package, however, we can’t change it or divert the package. Reach out to the shipper—USPS, FexEx, UPS, etc.—and see if they can redirect it to your new address. 

How do I access my PDFs?

All of your digital products, including PDF files, are accessible to you in your Mage Hand Press account. Click on “Account” in the top menu and enter the email and password you used to set up your account, or use the account recovery link on that page.

Hint: if you bought a hardcover or softcover from us, you should also have access to that product’s PDF version!

Do you guys work with my VTT?

You can find our work on D&D Beyond, the Foundry VTT Marketplace, and Roll20. We currently have no plans to support other virtual tabletops. 

Does Mage Hand Press use generative AI?

Nope, not once. Never.

How do I get access to the Valda’s Spire of Secrets Class Update?

If you have already purchased Valda’s Spire of Secrets, the Class Update has already been added to your account! Just go to the My Account page and download it! If you backed Valda’s Spire of Secrets on Kickstarter, the Class Update is also available via BackerKit

Are your products updated to 5E 2024?

Wherever possible, we support both 2014 and 2024 versions of 5th Edition. We’ve released free updates to all of our Complete Classes, like the Complete Warmage and Complete Necromancer, and a free Valda’s Class Update that expands all ten base classes in Valda’s Spire of Secrets.
Dark Matter‘s update to 5E 2024 overhauls big segments of the book and is 140 pages longer. Go check it out on Kickstarter!

How does this mechanic work?

The best way to get fast, specific feedback on Mage Hand Press mechanics is to join our Discord server. There you’ll find class-specific channels and a bevy of thoughtful nerds happy to help from their experience playing the game. You can also leave a comment on the blog post and we’ll respond there!

Are you going to translate your book into other languages?

We currently have no plans to localize Mage Hand Press content into other languages. 

Can I use your stuff in a stream, podcast, or video?

Go nuts! We like it when you link back to us and shout us out, but you have our permission to use our content in any stream, podcast, paid GMing game, or video that you like.
